I buy from a supplier or wholesaler
The fastest way for you to swap out or refund any product you have an issue with is to return it to the supplier or wholesaler you purchased it from. They should be able to quickly supply you with replacement product and get you selling again as soon as possible If you haven't had any success with this route - drop us a mail using this form and we'll see what we can do to help.
I buy directly from Britvic
If you bought the product in question directly from Britvic, then just fill out this form and our team will be in touch.
I'm raising an issue on behalf of a customer
If a member of the public has an issue with one of our products that you've sold to them and you agree that there's a quality issue, then we'd recommend exchanging or refunding the product to your customer and then following the previous step of returning the pack to your wholesaler or supplier.
